Painting or Product Arrived Damaged

All sales are final. However if your purchase arrived damaged or defective in some way, please take a picture of the damaged item or area, and reach out to me so that I can take immediate action.

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to me. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.

Digital Collectables

Because of the nature of digital collectables and non-fungible tokens, they are not refundable under any circumstances. You of course can re-sell what you purchased, often for a higher price.
